The Donnelly name and it’s association with tradition and quality began in Dublin, Ireland in the late 1700s. The Donnelly family established their pork business in the city and from there began a thriving trade. Later, one of the Donnelly master butchers immigrated to America and continued the family tradition which to this day, still uses quality ingredients imported from Ireland.
